The Context

At Underhill, staff aim to create an environment that inspires pupils to have fun with learning and to build the courage to strive to achieve their best. The community nurture each other’s dreams and learn together in a culture of respect. 

Underhill school found it extremely difficult to engage parents in booking their parent evening slots. This was due to a number of factors such as working parents not doing the school drop-offs and pick-ups or the little reply slips not making their way back into the school when they sent out letters.
